Glasgow-based fleet solutions provider Fleet Alliance has launched an online driver licence checking service to aid fleet managers in complying with the latest corporate manslaughter and health and safety legislation.
Called Fleet Alliance Driver Check, the service will verify whether:

DFC appoint Ian Roddy as sales director

DFC, the UK and Ireland vehicle management group have appointed Ian Roddy as sales director. Roddy, who previously spent twenty years with The Agnew Group will be responsible for growth and will work with DFC’s sales team to define products and services.

BT Fleet and British Car Auctions announce new programme

BT Fleet and British Car Auctions have announced a national vehicle remarketing programme. The previous relationship between the two companies involved only the sale of BT Fleet vans but the new programme will include the addition of cars.

Record profits in 2007 for Inchcape
