Following the announcement concerning Carter and Carter PLC going into administration, Sarah Sillars, Chief Executive of The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) has made the following statement to reassure all those currently involved in learning programmes with the automotive training provider:

“The IMI is currently working with the national Learning and Skills Council, awarding bodies and training providers to discuss the provision of a working solution for all learners and employers to make sure they are supported and ensure they are not unnecessarily disadvantaged in anyway during this administration period. The IMI would be happy to discuss any concerns employers or students have and assist them where we can.”
