Italian giant Fiat has announced prices for the new Bravo 1.6 Multijet and it looks good business sense for fleets.
The 1.6 16v 5dr Multijet is Euro5 compliant which should make the car appealing and starts from £13,595 on the road.
Sure to be a fleet favourite, the maker claims it will do up to 62.7mpg on the combined cycle, and the low CO2 emissions, starting at an impressive 119g/km will bring the car in on the 18% Benefit in Kind bracket.
A 22 per cent tax payer driving the £13,895 Active Eco – which benefits from a package of green additions to the car – will pay just £546 a year or £45 per month in personal tax.
Drivers choosing the Bravo Active Eco version, will be boosted once the Government introduces its entry level 10 per cent company car tax band on 1 April 2008.
This was introduced by the Government to encourage company motorists to adopt more CO2-friendly cars, the 10 per cent rate will reduce the monthly Benefit in Kind tax for a 20 per cent tax payer driving a Bravo Active Eco to £359 a year, or under £30 a month.
