Fleet Giant, Zenith Vehicle Contracts has bought the employee car ownership (ECO) company Provecta.
The buyout has been sealed for an undisclosed sum and will strengthen Zenith’s fleet to 26,000 vehicles.
Not only does this merger increase the fleet of Zenith it also means that it gets a new base located in Reading, Berkshire – the firm has confirmed that its office in Leeds, Yorkshire will remain as its HQ
The Provecta name will remain for now and its customers can expect the business to run as normal.
