Relief in fuel prices at last.
Crude oil has fallen to a six week low following a reduction in demand. We are beginning to see the reduced price being passed onto drivers as major chain supermarkets announced price reductions between 3p and 5p per litre for both diesel and petrol.
The BBC report the dollar strengthening against the Euro is also affecting oil prices and is encouraging the price drop. Crude oil is now selling for around $127 a barrel, down on the $147 a barrel high at the beginning of the month.
