Jaama’s new broker quotations module has taken two years to develop and enables contract hire companies to provide their broker partners with a central link, through which monthly rental quotes can be accessed instantly online.
Jaama already supplies software systems to many of the UK’s leading contract hire companies - including a dozen firms operating more than 1,500 vehicles each.
Key2 Broker Quotes from Jaama is the only system to fully utilise new vehicle pricing data from CAP Motor Research, which provides a number of benefits including intelligent vehicle accessory selection which works by verifying the accessories selected before the vehicle can be ordered.
Jaama managing director Jason Francis said: “Our new broker module enables vehicle brokerages to provide monthly rental quotes much quicker, and online instead of resorting to an administratively burdensome fax or email system with the contract hire provider. They can obtain quotes without third party intervention and forward them immediately to their customers.
“As the market is becoming more competitive, an increasing number of contract hire companies are establishing broker networks and using them to target new business opportunities.
“It therefore makes sense that brokers have direct access to a contract hire company’s quotes system including any discounts and special offers that may be available to speed up customer service.”
