Zenith awarded Merlin fleet contract
Merlin Professional Claims Services, who provide the full range of professional claims services from core loss adjusting-led services through to fully delegated outsourced claims management and direct restoration and repair services to the insurance and broker industry, has awarded Zenith Vehicle Contracts the funding and management of its 100 strong car fleet.
The fully-outsourced three-year contract will be on a contract hire basis and will include maintenance, accident, hire and risk management services. It also involves the sale and leaseback of 31 vehicles that the company currently owns.
Zenith’s New Business Sales Director, Philip Jerome said: “Merlin is a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality and we are looking forward to working closely with them to deliver high standards of service and customer care.”
Keith Broom, the Chief Financial Officer of Merlin, added: “Zenith is an independent company with the ability to provide personal service and innovative solutions. We were also impressed by its considerable experience of fleet outsourcing.”
