Cumberland Building Society has appointed Fiat as the sole supplier of its branch managers’ company cars for another year.
The 12-year relationship with Fiat remains strong thanks to the Italian car manufacturer’s green credentials says Cumberland.
“It’s great that we don’t have to sacrifice our favourite cars to meet our in-house environmental targets,” explains Judi Thomson, Assistant Secretary of the Cumberland Building Society.
“We have remained faithful to Fiat for all these years because the vehicles have always proved economical and reliable. Low CO2 emissions make them even more ideal as company cars.
The building society has just comfirmed they will take another they took delivery of six new Fiat Bravo 1.6 MultiJet and Grande Punto 1.3 MultiJet diesel models which both offer fuel economy of up to 62.7mpg on the combined cycle, and low CO2 emissions starting at an impressive 119g/km.
Cumberland currently operates a fleet of 38 Fiat cars.
