Kelly Wilson, the HR Manager of UK Fire, a leading supplier of fire systems and extinguishers across the UK and abroad, is responsible for a fleet of 110 vans, consisting of a mix of Volkswagen Caddy and Transporter models. Kelly is featured in one of the advertisements stating that the successful operation of its fleet is down to a unique partnership with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

A second advertisement uses the example of Innserve, which provides the crucial pipe work link between cellar and pump for pubs, restaurants and hotels all over the country. It has a fleet of 295 Volkswagen vans which need to be constantly ready to respond to up to 1,500 maintenance calls a day from its customers anywhere in the country.

The advertising campaign also highlights other ways Volkswagen can support its customers, such as with 24 hour servicing and a recovery and onward travel service from Volkswagen Roadside Assistance 365 days a year. The campaign will appear in the national press, HR and business magazines throughout the rest of the year.

‘We’re delighted to show real examples of how service from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles means our customers can depend on their Volkswagen vans to always be on the road keeping their own customers happy,’ said Duncan Sands, Head of Operations, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

‘This is a partnership between us, our dedicated Van Centre network and our customers that we’re really proud of and work hard to maintain,’ he continued.

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is the number one importer of vans in the UK and offers a range of four vans, the Caddy, Caddy Maxi, Transporter and Crafter, plus people carriers and ‘Engineered to go’ conversions. Full details, including its latest finance and free servicing offers, are available from www.volkswagen-vans.co.uk, or by calling 0800 717131.
