Regional award for Zenith FD
Mark Phillips, Finance Director for Zenith Vehicles Contracts, has won a Yorkshire Finance Director of the Year Award. He won the Limited Company category for the part he has played in Zenith’s continued success over the last twelve months.
The Awards, now in their seventh year, are judged by Barclays, Sewell Moorhouse, Ernst & Young and Hammonds. Mark faced a judging panel consisting of representatives from each company and came out on top due to his contribution to the financial performance of Zenith, as well as his leadership and management skills.
Zenith became the UK’s largest independent fleet management company following the acquisition in May 2008 of Provecta Car Plan, the UK’s leading Employee Car Ownership specialist. Zenith, providing fleet management services since 1989, provides fleet funding and management services for company and employee-owned vehicles and now manages a fleet of over 26,000 vehicles.
Zenith has particular expertise in outsourcing and also offers the full range of fleet management products and services, including accident management and driver training. In addition, Zenith is leading the development of outsourcing, duty of care and environmental services.
Clients include many blue chip organisations such as BP, Asda, Atkins, DuPont (UK), Ernst & Young and Persimmon Homes.
