New VAT advice issued to fleet software users by CFC Solutions
Advice to fleet managers on how to easily handle the 15 per cent VAT rate which comes into effect today has been issued by CFC Solutions.
The fleet software market leader has e-mailed thousands of users of its Fleet Plus, Fleet Horizon and Contract Manager products with simple instructions on how to adapt their software in order to fully comply with the change, announced last week.
Neville Briggs, managing director, said: “The VAT change affects all kind of areas of fleet management and is potentially an administrative nightmare for fleets.
“However, making a simple change in the Systems Parameter File for all our major software packages means that everything is done automatically. Handling taxation changes such as this without fuss is one of the key arguments for using our fleet software.”
