Ogilvie Fleet are open all hours!
Ogilvie Fleet has introduced new facilities to ensure clients have live access to their services via a UK based telephone support system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This new service has been introduced on the back of client feedback suggesting that drivers would feel better looked after talking to a person as opposed looking on a website or taking notes from an answering service when in need of assistance out of normal working hours.
Nick Hardy, Ogilvie Fleet Sales & Marketing Director further said: “We have been trialling the introduction of this service for a number of weeks now and the feedback from clients has been magnificent. The decision to switch it on permanently, and allow access for each and every client, was an easy one therefore. We continue to develop and grow our business throughout the UK despite the challenging economy around us. Each of our offices in Stirling, Sheffield and Birmingham are contributing to this continued success and growth. The introduction of our new 24 hour service is yet another reason why we will continue to be the supplier of choice for fleets wanting REAL innovation and flexibility from their fleet supplier.

Ogilvie Fleet Operations Director Jim Hannah said: “Our long standing service provider, Kwik Fit, have the perfect 24 hour service already operational and it has occurred to us for some time that we could expand our arrangement with them to provide this facility. They will handle all the incoming out of hours calls, their operators are all fully trained in our services and facilities, and will answer the phone as Ogilvie Fleet so clients will have a totally seamless service.
“With this new service, Kwik fit can identify the driver, customer and contract details from registration validation. Jobs of all natures can be handled through the facility and will be dealt with directly within our supplier parameters provided in advance. They will be able to direct the customer to the correct solution they need, ensuring drivers receive the appropriate information, guidance and support. It will be exactly the same as if the driver had been given the advice directly from us during working hours.”
