New Contract Hails New Krone Purchase
Yorkshire based Transport Company Dennis Distribution the Yorkshire based Transport Company not only started 2009 with a new customer contract but that has led to them to purchase five new Krone Cool Liner trailers and five new Iveco tractor units. With an already existing fleet of 40 temperature controlled trailers, the new Krone additions will be used solely for a new contract with Meadow Foods.
Commenting on the new trailers Richard Dale, Transport Manager and Partner of Dennis Distribution said: “We are extremely pleased to be in a position to invest in new equipment like this and are very excited about the new Krone trailers as we’ve heard such good things about them. As well as looking good, Krone trailers have innovative features such as corner scuff prevention that help extend the life and appearance of the trailers. They have been extremely well received by everyone and are already proving to be a sound choice”.
Kevin Hinch, Transport Manager at Meadow Foods added: “The trailers are running very well and the drivers are very happy with the way they operate. Appearance is very important in the food industry and the Krone trailers look really good as well as performing well”.
