CLM To Manage Taylor Nelson Sofres Fleet
CLM Fleet Management, the Newport Pagnell based business launched in 1981 has been appointed by Taylor Nelson Sofres, the world’s largest custom market research company, after a rigorous tender process, to centralise its UK fleet management of its 130 strong fleet whilst reducing operational costs and introduce accident management. Previously, TNS had managed their fleet on a de-centralised basis with a variety of offices taking individual fleet decisions.
Independently owned CLM, manages around 20,000 vehicles on behalf of corporate customers. The client fleet, which offers a free choice of vehicle to drivers, is funded via contract hire with full maintenance, and CLM is introducing competitive tendering through a panel of lenders to reduce client costs.
