Fleet Safety Forum Awards – Last Few Places!!

The 2009 Fleet Safety Forum ,sponsored by ARVAL,  take place on Thursday, June 25 at Chesford Grange, Warwickshire and there are only a few remaining places available for those organisations who consider fleet safety a priority.

Tracey Young, Fleet Manager for , says: “ are proud to sponsor the 2009 Fleet Safety Forum Awards. We believe that companies cannot afford to neglect their duty of care responsibilities, reinforced by new tighter corporate manslaughter laws and Government regulations. Arval works in partnership with Brake and its customers to develop and implement risk management and road safety policies that will help protect employees, pedestrians and other road users.”

The prestigious awards recognise the achievements of those working to help reduce the number of costly and in many cases fatal road crashes involving at-work drivers and are run by the Fleet Safety Forum, a not for profit initiative by Brake, the national road safety charity.

Roz Cumming, Fleet Safety Forum Manager at Brake, says: “The Awards present a fantastic opportunity to share best practice in fleet safety and reward your staff, while enjoying a great night’s entertainment.”

Whether entering an award or not, organisations are invited to attend the awards dinner, which will include a drinks reception, three course meal, and an evening of entertainment, fundraising and dancing! Tickets cost £90 each or £850 for a table of ten. As an extra incentive, a year’s subscription to the Fleet Safety Forum is FREE with every table booking.

A charity auction and casino will take place on the night, with all funds going to Brake, to help fund their life-saving educational work and care services for road crash victims. To book tickets for the dinner dance contact Brake on 01484 559909 or fleetsafetyforum@brake.org.uk.
