RMIF – MVRA services update
Following news of the Retail Motor Industry Federation’s (RMIF) acquisition of the MRVA (story: RMIF completes acquisition of MVRA) the enlarged organisation’s member benefits are currently being reviewed.
New services will be made available to members shortly, as the services offered by the Motor Vehicle Repairers Association (MVRA) are incorporated into the RMIF.
RMIF Chief Executive Rob Foulston commented: ‘Our purchase of the MVRA has afforded us the opportunity to upgrade the RMIF’s membership offering. This is being reviewed, and we will soon be able to announce new services, including field auditing services and health and safety checks.
The RMIF has also gained the services of MVRA founder Mike Monaghan on a consultancy basis. Foulston comments: ‘Mike will work with us during the initial stages as we merge the member services offered by the RMIF and MVRA. His experience will be a valuable addition during this crucial period, and we are very pleased to have him on board.’
Mike Monaghan added: ‘I am delighted to support the RMIF and the MVRA under their new management team. The combination of both parties and their new outlook for the industry we serve will have a positive benefit for all members, past, current and future. There has never been a better time for us to work together to create the future we wish for.’
The RMIF will be offering upgraded services to its members shortly.
