Ford extends partnership with Nectar
Ford customers can continue to collect Nectar points from participating Ford dealers after the company extended its contract in a multi-year deal with the UK’s largest loyalty card programme.
Ford joined the Nectar scheme in 2003 and remains the only car company to offer customers value through the opportunity to collect points on routine servicing, non-warranty repairs and MoTs at participating dealers.
Nigel Sharp, Ford of Britain managing director said: “We know from our research that Nectar is one of the reasons why customers choose Ford over other brands and why they keep coming back.
“Around 65 per cent of Nectar collectors using Ford dealers for their service, MoT or repair requirements are influenced in their choice of where to go by the ability to collect Nectar points.”
Nectar managing director, Jan-Pieter Lips said: “We are delighted Ford is continuing to offer Nectar points to its customers. Since 2003, we have built a strong relationship with them and we look forward to consolidating our partnership and building on our successful union. ”
Nectar collectors can get two points for almost every £1 spent at a wide range of retailers and service providers in the UK, including Sainsbury’s, Homebase and BP.
Points can be spent at over 30 rewards suppliers, including Argos, Expedia and Homebase and on anything from spa days to cinema and theatre tickets through nectar.com.
