Lombard Bucks Economic Trend With Another Major New Customer
Lombard Vehicle Management (LVM) continue to grow regardless or the current economic climate and to prove this have secured another major new customer in Keltbray, the UK’s number one specialist demolition and civil engineering contractor, to whom LVM will be supplying a fleet of over 30 vehicles consisting of Volkswagen Crafter and Vauxhall Corsavans to Keltbray’s Pectel division, with all vans equipped with speed limiters, electronic tachographs and ply-lining.
Pectel Transport Manager Michael Flynn said, “I have dealt with Lombard for many years and have always had an extremely good relationship as well as receiving a first-rate service from both the company and account team. Out of due diligence we have tried other providers but have always come back to Lombard, which is a very dependable partner.
“Time off the road is a vital concern to our business and I have also found Lombard especially good at handling servicing, breakdowns and accident management quickly and efficiently.
“In addition to these factors Keltbray banks with Lombard’s parent company RBS, and the business likes LVM’s consultative approach and full service offering, which offer us the possibility of increasing our duty of care provision through the same supplier.”
