Renault Trafic Chosen For Glen Dimplex Fleet
Glen Dimplex, the largest electrical heating business in the world and employers of 8,500 people worldwide, has ordered a new fleet of 50 Renault Trafic vans for their Liverpool-based Glen Dimplex Home Appliances division. Chosen for their competitive pricing and running costs, the vehicles will be driven by service engineers who travel the length and breadth of the UK.
Andrew Winstone, Fleet Manager at Glen Dimplex, said: “We chose Renault for our fleet as we were impressed with the Trafic van – it has space for the racking that we fit to transport tools and equipment, and looks the part in our bespoke silver metallic paint. We’ve ensured that each one comes with air conditioning, so that staff arrive at customers’ homes cool, calm and collected!”
