epyx appoint Ed Chambers as account manager
Ed Chambers has been appointed to the role of account manager at motor industry e-commerce specialist epyx.
He will form part of the company’s customer services team, helping to manage relationships with customers using the 1link range of fleet e-commerce platforms, which is utilised to manage maintenance spending by fleets totalling two million vehicles.
Ed joins from the AA, where he has spent the last five years as an account manager in the organisation’s business services department, managing both customer and supplier relationships.
He said: “epyx is well known for its leading edge technology across the motor industry and I am pleased to become part of its team.”
Gary Gibson, head of customer services at epyx, said: “Ed is a highly experienced motor industry professional and we are sure that he will bring a very high level of expertise to the customer services department. We are very pleased to have him on board.”
