Yorkshire and the Humber roadworks update Saturday 13 to Friday 19 February
M1, Junction 33 (Catcliffe) to Junction 34 (Tinsley), south and west of Rotherham Slight delays are expected on the M1 between Junction 33 (Catcliffe) and Junction 34 (Tinsley) due to central reservation barrier works. There will be various lane closures, hard shoulder running, narrow lanes and a 50 mph speed restriction northbound and southbound between 8.30pm and 6am until 21 April.
M1 Junction 32 (Thurcroft) to Junction 33 (Catcliffe), east of Sheffield Slight delays are expected on the M1 between Junction 32 (Thurcroft) and Junction 33 (Catcliffe) due to hard shoulder strengthening. There will be two lanes closed northbound and southbound between 8pm and 6am until 19 February.
M18, Junction 3 (St Catherine’s) and Junction 4 (West Moor), south and east of Doncaster Moderate delays are expected on the M18 between Junction 3 (St Catherine’s) and Junction 4 (West Moor) due to resurfacing and lining. The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight from 8pm until 6am on 12/13 February. A diversion will operate via the local road network.
M62, Junction 25 (Brighouse) to Junction 28 (Tingley), south of Bradford and Leeds Moderate delays are expected on the M62 between Junction 25 (Brighouse) and Junction 28 (Tingley) due to central reservation barrier works. There will be some lane and hard shoulder closures in each direction, with narrow lanes and a mandatory 50 mph speed restriction enforced by average-speed cameras. Work takes place over 24 hours until 31 May.
M62, Junction 22 (Rishworth Moor) and Junction 23 (Outlane), west of Huddersfield Slight delays are expected on the M62 between Junction 22 (Rishworth Moor) and Junction 23 (Outlane) due to central reservation barrier works. There will be two lanes closed eastbound and westbound between 8pm and 6am until1 April.
M62, Junction 29 (Lofthouse) and Junction 30 (Rothwell), south of Leeds Slight delays are expected on the M62 between Junction 29 (Lofthouse) and Junction 30 (Rothwell) due to hard shoulder, verge barrier, drainage and junction improvements. There will be various lane closures eastbound and westbound over 24 hours until 5 April.
M180, Junction 1 (Tudworth) and Junction 2 (Woodhouse), north east of Doncaster Slight delays are expected on the M180 between Junction 1 (Tudworth) and Junction 2 (Woodhouse) due to bridge works. There will be one lane closed east and westbound on 18 and 19 February, between 8pm and 6am.
A1(M), Junction 34 (Blyth) and Junction 35 (Wadworth), south of Doncaster Moderate delays are expected on the A1(M) between Junction 34 (Blyth) and Junction 35 (Wadworth) due to resurfacing and bridge works. The north and southbound carriageways will be closed until 20 February between 9pm and 6am. Diversions will operate via the local road network.
A64 between Hopgrove roundabout and Harton, north east of York Slight delays are expected on the A64 between Hopgrove roundabout and Harton due to resurfacing. There will be various lane closures east and westbound until 10 April between 8pm and 6am.
A64 Pickering Interchange, north east of York Slight delays are expected on the A64 at Pickering interchange due to slip road barrier works. There will be various lane closures on the eastbound and westbound exit and entry slip roads between 9.30am and 3.30pm until 26 March.
A64 Fulford Bridge, south of York
Slight delays are expected on the A64 at Fulford due to bridge works. The east and westbound carriageways will be closed between 8pm and 6am until 13 February. Diversions operate via the exit and entry slip roads.
A64 Whitwell, north east of York
Slight delays are expected on the A64 at Whitwell due to resurfacing. The eastbound carriageway will be closed on 15, 16 and 17 February between 8pm and 6am. A diversion will operate via the local road network.
A64 East Heslerton, north east of York
Slight delays are expected on the A64 at East Heslerton due to resurfacing. There will be convoy working eastbound and westbound from 15 February to 3 March between 8pm and 6am.
There may also be short lengths of lane closures for routine maintenance work such as gully emptying, sweeping and litter clearance.
