Fleet Alliance launch e-fleet solution
Fleet Alliance has launched e-fleet, a new online fleet management and reporting system, which provides fleets of all sizes, from less than five cars to more than 5,000, the capability to collate business mileage , manage grey fleet and cash allowance vehicles, meet duty of care obligations and reduce fleet administration costs. The online fleet management is easy to access from anywhere in the world at any time of day and offers a full and comprehensive range of reports for any aspect of fleet operation.
e-fleet also provides drivers with the facility to report the condition of existing vehicles and to file their business mileages online, which is available for both company car and grey fleet drivers and allows a an audit trail to be built.
Fleet Alliance managing director Martin Brown said: “e-fleet is extremely user-friendly and allows you to manage your entire fleet from one system, regardless of the number of funders you use, including vehicles supplied by other fleet providers and as well as all your grey fleet vehicles.
