Jaama chosen by Norse Group

’s online Key2 Vehicle Management system has been selected by Norwich-based holding company Norse Group to manage its fleet of approximately 1,000 vehicles and its workshops and in turn deliver improved efficiency and savings.

Assistant fleet manager Tina Higlett said: “The introduction of Jaama’s Key2 system will avoid significant duplication of processes and data entry across all departments. We will have all our fleet data in one central repository which is easily accessible across departments by all system users.”

Mrs Higlett added: “The system’s ability to highlight key issues by exception and the automatic analysing of data will save vast amounts of time in terms of interpreting information and deciding what action to take.

Mrs Higlett concluded: “Documented certified web security was also important to Norse but so was the fact that we were able to speak to other Key2 users, such as Luton Borough Council, which had found Jaama very accommodating in its support and also issued regular upgrades and product release notes.”

Jaama managing director Jason Francis said: “We have consistently found that existing users of Key2 are very happy to recommend the technology to other organisations across the public and private sectors.
