Inchcape places in ‘Best Companies To Work For’ survey
Inchcape Fleet Solutions is celebrating the beginning of the new year by being placed in the ‘Ones to Watch’ category in the ‘2011 Best Companies To Work For’ survey in the UK for the second consecutive year.
Jonathan Austin, founder and CEO of Best Companies, who under take this annual survey told Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ Managing Director Steve Archer “This is an achievement of which you and your organisation should be proud.”
Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ HR Director Kerry Howard said: “We are delighted to have achieved ‘Ones to Watch’ status for the second consecutive year.”
“We are committed to trying to win a place in the Sunday Times’ Best 100 companies to Work For listings in the future. We will continue our journey whilst looking to introduce new ideas to the benefit of staff that we believe will help achieve our ambition.”
The company’s continuous process of improvement is aimed at achieving Best Companies’ ‘star status’ – an elite ‘Michelin style’ star rating system for organisations that demonstrates high levels of employee engagement.
Inchcape Fleet Solutions will be presented with a commemorative plaque at a Best Companies’ celebration event in the spring. The survey results will also be published in The Sunday Times.
