Motorexpo lines up best ever show
Plans are in place for London’s Motorexpo to be the biggest and best yet later this year.
Organisers of the UK’s largest free motoring event report that a record number of manufacturers have signed up for the seven day exhibit at Canary Wharf on 6-12 June which is expected to pull around 400,000 visitors.
Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Saab, Skoda, Tesla, Vauxhall and Volvo are just a handful of the names confirmed for the 15-year old show.
With over 250 cars on display, the event is the ideal platform for showcasing new vehicles said Graeme Carver, Motorexpo’s CEO.
“Another draw for potential Motorexpo exhibitors is the knowledge that 82% of attendees don’t attend any other motoring-orientated event; this is the only opportunity to get in front of them,” he commented.
“The 97-acre, privately-run Canary Wharf estate is a world-class destination, and also offers more than 200 shops, cafes and restaurants, so there really is something for everyone.”

Speaking at 2010’s event, David Leighton from Saab GB said: “At Motorexpo, we are able to display cars ahead of their official launch in a number one location. We’ve attended for the past five years and we’ll keep coming back – it’s a great event.”
You can’t get tickets for the 2011 London Motorexpo because there aren’t any. The show is completely free for all members of the public to attend.
Motorexpo will open between 6-12 June. For more details, visits www.motorexpo.com.
