Another award for pole position Volvo
The Volvo FH has picked up the prize for the truck of the year from a Polish truck publication.
Readers of Polski Traker magazine voted the FH ‘Polish Truck of the Year 2011’ for the fourth time in the awards’ 18 year history.
Voters were won over by the truck’s excellent driveline performance and fuel efficiency, its wide range of leading safety features and the overall driving comfort.
“It is with great pleasure that we accept this award,” said Staffan Jufors, President and CEO of Volvo Trucks.
“We know that the Volvo FH is a great truck when it comes to driveline efficiency, comfort and fuel efficiency, but it is particularly gratifying to hear our customers say it.”
Previous FH models also won the truck of the year award in 1993, 1994 and 2001.
