Fleet Alliance ‘worth weight in gold’ to Kwik-Fit

Pauline Kiernan, Company Car Administrator for Kwik-Fit Financial Services has received a massive seal of approval from Financial Services (KFFS) by making them their go-to vehicle provider.

With a fleet comprising around 250 vehicles, Kwik-Fit’s financial and insurance arm has been so bowled over by the level of care and attention they receive from Fleet Alliance that they don’t tend to bother with other fleet management providers much these days.

Pauline Kiernan (pictured), company car administrator for KFFS, said that she can obtain similar quotes elsewhere but the real difference comes from Fleet Alliance’s high quality of customer service.

“Running a car fleet of 250 vehicles is very time consuming and demanding, but Fleet Alliance helps take my problems away,” she said.

“Whether it’s providing courtesy cars or checking supplier invoices, the service they provide is first class and worth its weight in gold.”

Less lead time

Ford Fiesta Titanium and Edge models feature heavily in the KFFS fleet Mrs Kiernan was also won over by Fleet Alliance’s nifty tips to cut lead times as well as the ability to check the status of new car orders.

She added: “Fleet Alliance may suggest switching to different colours of the same models if they are available and it helps speed up the delivery process, which helps ensure our drivers get their new vehicles as quickly as possible.”

Ford Fiesta Titanium and Edge models feature heavily in the KFFS fleet and are used by around 1,000 call centre staff in Lanarkshire. Fleet Alliance also recently provided 24 Ford Fiesta ECOnetic models – which pump 98g/km of CO2 – for the KFFS group’s eco-focussed outlet for The Green Insurance Company.

Martin Brown, managing director at Fleet Alliance, commented: “We are delighted a prestigious business such as KFFS rates our level of customer service so highly, as we pride ourselves on our service commitment to our corporate customers and always seek to go the extra mile.”
