West Midlands Motorway And Trunk Roads Maintenance Programme 5 to 11 September 2011
M6 Junction 14 (Stafford North) to Junction 13 (Stafford South)
The southbound carriageway of the M6 between junction 14 and junction 13 (including junction 14 entry slip road) will be closed overnight from 10.00pm to 6.00am from Monday 5 September to Wednesday 7 September 2011 (excluding weekends) for bridge joint repairs. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M6 Junction 8 (M6 / M5 Interchange Ray Hall)
The southbound carriageway of the M6 at junction 8 will be closed overnight from 10.00pm to 6.00am from Monday 5 September 2011 to Monday 12 September 2011 for bridge joint repairs. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M42 Junction 7 (M42 / M6 Interchange) & M6 Junction 4 (Coleshill)
The link road from the M42 northbound to the M6 northbound at junction 7 and the northbound entry slip road of the M6 at junction 4 will be closed overnight from 10.00pm to 6.00am from Monday 5 September 2011 to Thursday 8 September 2011 for the installation of traffic sensors. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M42 Junction 6 (N.E.C. / Birmingham Airport)
The southbound exit slip road of the M42 at junction 6 will be closed overnight from 10.00pm to 6.00am from Monday 5 September 2011 to Wednesday 7 September 2011 for carriageway resurfacing and associated works. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M42 Junction 1 (Bromsgrove)
The southbound exit and northbound entry slip roads of the M42 at junction 1 will be closed overnight from 10.00pm to 5.00am from Monday 5 September 2011 to Thursday 15 September 2011 for carriageway resurfacing and associated works. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M5 Junction 6 (Worcester) to Junction 5 (Droitwich Spa)
The northbound carriageway of the M5 from junction 6 to junction 5 (including junction 6 entry slip road) will be closed overnight from 8.00pm to 6.00am from Monday 5 September 2011 to Tuesday 6 September 2011 for safety fence, drainage and electrical works. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M54 Junction 4 (Telford)
The westbound exit slip road of the M54 at junction 4 will be closed overnight from 9.00pm to 6.00am from Tuesday 6 September 2011 to Thursday 8 September 2011 for carriageway resurfacing and associated works. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M50 Junction 1 (Tewkesbury)
The eastbound exit and entry slip roads of the M50 at junction 1 will be closed overnight from 8.00pm to 6.00am from Monday 5 September 2011 to Monday 12 September 2011 for drainage works. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
A5 Mancetter
The east side of the A5 island at Mancetter will be closed overnight from 9.00 pm to 6.00am from Thursday 8 September 2011 to Friday 9 September for sign and electrical repairs. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
A5 Preston Island (Shrewsbury) to M54 Junction 7 (Wellington)
The eastbound carriageway of the A5 between Preston island, Shrewsbury and the M54 junction 7 (including junction 7 entry slip road) will be closed overnight from 8.00pm to 6.00am from Monday 5 September 2011 to Saturday 10 September 2011 (excluding weekends) for carriageway resurfacing and associated works.
A46 Binley Woods to Toll Bar Island, near Coventry
The southbound carriageway of the A46 between Binley Woods and Toll Bar island will be closed overnight from 8.00pm to 6.00am from Thursday 8 September 2011 to Saturday 10 September 2011 for carriageway resurfacing and associated works. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
