Vauxhall top retail CV sales
Vauxhall’s commercial vehicles department enjoyed significant success last month as it shifted more than 2,000 vans, dominating retail sales in the process.
This places Vauxhall as top dog not just for September but 2011 as a whole so far with 9,382 commercial vehicles registered since January.
Richard Collier, Vauxhall’s National CV Sales Manager, said: “September proved to be yet another excellent month for Vauxhall van sales.
“It’s great news for Vauxhall that despite the uncertain economic outlook, there’s still strong demand for fuel efficient, high quality vans with low running costs and excellent manufacturer support.”
Four seems to be the magic number with Vauxhall’s success being pinned on their tempting four year 0% APR finance, four year’s free servicing, a four year warranty and four years’ AA cover.
The Luton-based manufacturer is in line for even more prosperous times with the all-new Combo expected next year. The next Vivaro will also be built at Vauxhall’s Luton plant.
