Total Accident Management bags top prize
Total Accident Management is celebrating after the Institute of Transport Management (ITM) hailed it ‘UK Accident Management Company 2012’.
The ITM said the company’s award was “richly deserved” with a statement reading: “Total Accident Management offers a premium service to drivers at an affordable price and prides itself on its innovative business model and its high level of customer service.
“It achieves this goal through the provision of skilled staff and the latest technology, always keeping its eye on the next development in the industry.
“The Institute is very pleased to present it with the award of ‘UK Accident Management Company 2012’.”
The repair and claims management specialists aim to minimise driver downtime and inconvenience, providing effective and exceptional accident management protection for corporate fleet managers, contract hire and leasing companies, insurers and brokers.
Total Accident Management also recently launched Total DriveSecure to cater for grey fleet drivers.
The service aims to ensure fleets keep track of service records, MOTs and drivers’ licenses for private vehicles, as well as track work journeys and ensure employees have the appropriate business use insurance.
