Jaama receives quality-affirming accreditation
Fleet software specialists Jaama has seen its stringent approach to quality pay-off after securing ISO9001 accreditation.
Awarded by the International Organisation for Standardisation, this standard recognises the company’s process improvement quality system which ensures its customer-focused approach is built on a quality platform across its various departments including research and development, implementation, customer service, sales and marketing.
Jaama MD Jason Francis [pictured] said that the accreditation acts as a reference point and a framework for his company to keep the business consistent in its organisational functions and continues to strive for improvement.
“Our quality commitment is further strengthened by achieving ISO9001 accreditation as it recognises the quality of both our Key2 Vehicle Management suite of products and service levels as well as our internal business processes,” he commented.
“Additionally, many tender documents that we respond to from across the public and private sectors highlight the importance of quality standard accreditation.”
Mr Francis added that 2011 has been a prosperous year for Jaama with sales up by around 40% on last year.
“That is testimony to our goal for Jaama to continue to develop and grow as a leading software company, providing world class software and services,” he concluded.
“By committing to a pro-active quality approach of continual improvement and documented processes we will achieve our goals through operating efficiently and effectively.”
