M42 Junction 6 (N.E.C. / Birmingham Airport)
The following closures will be implemented overnight from 10.00pm to 5.00am from Monday 18 June 2012 to Tuesday 19 June 2012 for carriageway resurfacing and associated works:
M42 junction 6 southbound exit slip road, link to A45 will remain open
A45 westbound exit slip closed
M42 junction 6 southbound entry slip closed
M42 junction 6 northbound exit slip closed, link to A45 WB will remain open
A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M42 Junction 8 (M42 / M6 Interchange)
The link road from the M42 southbound carriageway to the M6 northbound carriageway of the M42 at junction 8 will be closed overnight from 8.00pm to 5.00am from Thursday 21 June 2012 to Friday 22 June 2012 for the installation of traffic sensors. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
M42 Junction 5 (Solihull)
The northbound entry slip road of the M42 at junction 5 will be closed overnight from 9.00pm to 6.00am from Thursday 21 June 2012 to Friday 22 June 2012 for overhead sign / signal repairs. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
A46 Toll Bar Island to Walsgrave Island, near Coventry
The A46 northbound carriageway between Walsgrave Island and Toll Bar Island will be closed overnight from 8.00pm to 5.30am from Monday 18 June 2012 to Wednesday 20 June 2012 as part of the on-going major improvement works at Binley. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.
A46 Binley Woods Island, Coventry 28-Nov-11 11-Jul-12
Various nightly (8pm -6am) and daily (930am - 4pm) lane closures, including 50mph speed limit on approaches and 30mph speed limit on island, for signalisation of A46/A428 roundabout. This will also include the dedicated lane to the northbound approach to be left in place 24hrs a day over seven days along with the westbound A428 approach.

Full overnight closure from 8pm - 530am for carriageway resurfacing & installation of traffic sensors as part of A46/A428 signalisation scheme (No weekend closures).

Full overnight closures from 10pm -5am for carriageway resurfacing & associated works.
M42 Junction 8 (M42 south to M6 north link road) 21-Jun-12 22-Jun-12
Full overnight closure from 8pm-5am for installation of traffic sensors (includes lane 1 J9 to J8 southbound).
M42 Junction 5 Entry Slip Southbound ( Jct 5 - Jct 4 southbound on main carriageway.) 21-Jun-12 22-Jun-12
Full overnight closure from 9pm-6am for gantry repairs.
