The Highways Agency is to carry out emergency repairs at junction 7 of the M6 overnight tonight following an earlier incident which resulted in a significant amount of brake fluid being spilt on the northbound carriageway.
There is currently one lane running past the scene of the incident and the entry slip road at junction 7 of the M6 is reduced to one lane. The intention is for full capacity to be restored on the M6 before the morning rush tomorrow.
