NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

Ongoing - A46 Newark to Widmerpool

Traffic now running on all sections of the new A46 carriageway. Some lane closures still required for verge work and planting.40 mph speed restrictions in place on all approaches to works areas.

Old A46 between Saxondale Junction and Margidunum Junction   Times: 24/7

Traffic Management: The old A46 between Saxondale and Margidunum is closed in both directions to allow for the completion of the new roundabout at Margidunum Junction. This will re-open by late June 2012.

From Sunday 8 July to 12 July - lane closure and chicane in place near Slacks Lane layby, north of Red Lodge junction.

From Wednesday 11 July to 13 July - lane closure and chicane in place near Cropwell Butler underbridge.

Southbound

From Sunday 8 July to Tuesday 10 July - lane closure and chicane in place near Hawton Lane Bridge.

From Monday 9 July to Wednesday 11 July - lane closure and chicane in place near Cropwell Butler underbridge.

 

NORTHAMPTONSHIRE

Ongoing - M1, Junction 15a, Silverstone for British Grand Prix

Start Date: Sunday 1 July End Date: Tuesday 10 July    Times: 6pm till 6am

Traffic Management: Lane 1 on north and southbound entry slip roads closed for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

Ongoing - A43, Silverstone for British Grand Prix

Start Date: Monday 2 July End Date: Wednesday 11 July   Times: 8pm till 6am

Traffic Management:  Lane 2 of the A43 closed and a 50mph speed limit in place for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

 

New - A43, Brackley Hatch

Start Date: Tuesday 10 July End Date: Saturday 14 July   Times: 8pm till 6am

Traffic Management:  Southbound carriageway and exit slip road closed for resurfacing works.
