Volkswagen AG is to sell its heavy truck business in Brazil to MAN AG, Munich. MAN will purchase Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus Indústria e Comércio de Veículos Comerciais Ltda (VW CO), Resende, for an enterprise value of €1.175 billion.
